Marllowe offers free tracked shipping on every order delivered within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum spend.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times

• Order cut-off: 5:00 PM UK time. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
• Handling: 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
• Transit: 7–12 business days, Monday–Friday.
• Total estimate: 8–14 business days from order placement.
• Shipping cost: Free.

These are delivery estimates. Busy periods, customs processing, severe weather or carrier disruption can occasionally cause delays.

Fulfilment and carriers

Marllowe is a UK-based online fashion retailer. Some orders are dispatched directly by our fulfilment partners and may originate outside the United Kingdom. Our registered office is not a warehouse or collection point.

The carrier used can vary according to the product, dispatch location and delivery address. The carrier and tracking details for your order are identified in the dispatch email. We do not promise a specific carrier before dispatch.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email containing the available tracking information. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delayed, missing or incorrect deliveries
