Shipping & tracking
How long will my order take to arrive?
We prepare your order within 1–2 business days, then allow 7–12 business days for transit — 8–14 business days in total. Orders placed after 5 PM (GMT) are processed the next business day. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during busier periods.
Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer free tracked shipping on every order within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Your order
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Write to us as soon as possible. As long as it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel or amend it. Once it’s on its way, it follows our 30-day return process.
Do you have a physical store?
We’re an online-only store — it lets us keep our prices fair and ship directly to you.
Can I place a bulk or trade order?
We’d be glad to help. Email support@marllowe.co.uk with what you need and we’ll get back to you.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories. There are no restocking fees. To start a return, email support@marllowe.co.uk with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry if that happens. Contact us at support@marllowe.co.uk and we’ll cover the return shipping and put it right.
When will I be refunded?
Once your return arrives and is approved, we issue your refund to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need a little longer to show it.
